Miss Darlene, the staff, was extremely helpful and welcoming, and the free upgrade was a pleasant surprise. Having a supermarket downstairs is super convenient, and the option of ordering delicious pizza adds to the overall experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide a sense of home, allowing for relaxation. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My xmas experience at this hotel was fantastic! The apartment was absolutely huge and had a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for preparing our holiday meals. The location was also great, with easy access to the Outlet Mall for some holiday shopping and close proximity to the Global Village and Autism Rocks Arena for entertainment. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the convenience of having a supermarket located in the same building, which made it easy to pick up any last-minute holiday essentials.
